I built an example iOS and Pebble watch app that utilizes the Forecast.io API to show the current weather conditions on both the watch and the phone. I think most of the other weather watch faces are using the OpenWeatherMap API which I find inaccurate so I built one that uses the Forecast.io API. I believe the project provides a decent example of AppSync with communication in both directions. Feel free to provide suggestions on how to improve it.
