Pebbler is set of tools, that I created because missed them in Pebble, and wanted to share it with others :)
Current features:
- httpebble integration, allowing watchface to request any url, location, timezone etc. for example to display weather: www.mypebblefaces.com/view?fID=3903. See http://goo.gl/Zqotj for details.
- Send sms/calls counters to any app via Pebble to display it in any supported watchface/app. I like simplicity, so I created this one for me http://www.mypebblefaces.com/view?fID=3542. It should be very easy for any one to use source code (https://github.com/BartGr/PebblersFace) as an example to use indicators in own app - go to README file for further details.
- Select any text from any application and share it directly to Your Pebble. As Pebble currently doesn't work well with non latin chars, there's also a possibility to convert all diacritics.
- Set welcome message, displayed on Your wrist upon connection, along with missed calls/unread sms info (see screenshots on Play Store)
- Tell Pebbler to put Your phone in silent mode, when Pebble is connected. When Pebble is disconnected, ringtone is set to previously set value will be added in next version.
- Set sound played on phone when it looses connection to Pebble - You can use it as a reminder to take it with You. It can be useful also if Your phone is in range (somewhere in room), but Your not sure where exactly-just disable bluetooth on Your watch, and phone will play the alert.
Future releases:
- More indicators (weather, battery, network info, next calendar event etc.)
- Lock/Unlock phone on Pebble connection changed
