Studio Clock v3

Features:
- Looks like a clock in a studio. Seconds create a circle completing each minute.
- Date and Day shown above and below the time. (Both US and ROW versions available)
- Time in either 12H or 24H (AM/PM shown next to the time in 12H mode)
- *SHOULD* be fairly low in battery use, only the second display is updated each second, everything else is static.
- Fairly small in file size.
- Triple vibrate pattern each hour on the hour.
New for V3:
- Major code optimisation to reduce CPU and battery usage.
- Hour and Minutes now represented on the clock face. Hour is the larger open circle and minutes the smaller open circle on the outside of the clock face.
- "New Style" with circles representing the seconds that fill and then empty as the seconds go by. (circles start off open then fill over 60 seconds and then empty over the next 60).
- "V2 Style" which is as it was in V2
- "Forward/Backward style" which was requested by some forum members.
- French Translation by Hagege Phillipe (code by Hagege Phillipe too)

- Day and Date have been swapped (I think it looks better)
