This past weekend, I found myself trying to farm public events in Destiny in order to max out my weekly Vanguard score.
While doing so, I was visiting www.destinypublicevents.com on my phone after each public event to figure out where to go next.
Eventually, I realized that there was a better way of doing this: I could have the information right on my wrist and check where to go just by glancing at my Pebble.
A few hours later, I extracted the data from www.destinypublicevents.com and implemented this in a watchapp that has now been released in the app store.
I call it: Destiny Public Event Tracker.

Change the current planet via the menu by hitting the SELECT button.
Since Earth and Mars has more then six public events, you can toggle them by hitting the UP or DOWN buttons.
Please note that the times are calculated on the Pebble and are not fetched from a server, and is to be seen as a "suggested time of arrival to"-time instead of "public event starts at"-time. Should Bungie decide to change the timers, well, then I will have to make a new release.
