I've been looking for a simple activity tracker that would sit in the background and remind me to move around, if I sat around at the computer for too long. I found the feature in WW - Weather Watch, but it requires you to run the watchapp in order it to work. I would prefer a version that would simply do the background tracking without having to use the watchface.
The simplest implementation would simply sit in the background, measure activity and if sufficient activity was not reached within an hour, it would vibrate with an alarm. A slightly more complex version would let you choose customizations, like the time frame, sensitivity, turn it off for nights etc.
Anybody willing to create one? I'd make on myself, but learning C just for this purpose seems like a lot of work.
