Since I'm regularly watching a specific show on twitch.tv, I wanted to stay informed without having to manually check whether it is currently running or not.
So I created a Watchface for my Pebble that does this for me.
You can configure a few things:
There are still some minor bugs I want to fix and some features I might add, but it's completely usable.
(I also have to create some new screenshots, since the topmost row now shows the date and the battery has been changed to only show the percentage.)
