[Watchapp] Pebble mPower watchapp

Hi,

I'm pleased to announce the Pebble mPower watchapp. The Android
and iOS (requires JS version 9) apps can be both downloaded
from pebble app store today.

mPower Pro is a smart power strip from Ubiquiti Networks. Pebble
mPower lets you control your mPower device from your wrist

Pebble button mapping:

- Single click buttons UP or DOWN to select previous or next socket
- Single click button SELECT to get current socket status
- Double click button SELECT to toggle socket status (ON->OFF, OFF->ON)

Since the App controls mPower over the cloud, it requires the user to
configure his/her (wireless) router IP passthrough correctly so that
the mPower device's TCP port 22 can be accessed from Internet.
For example, suppose your mPower LAN IPv4 address is 192.168.1.100
and your ISP wireless router broadband internet address is 107.201.100.209,
you need to configure wireless router IP passthrough or port mapping so
that address 192.168.1.100 port 22 can be accessed via internet (i.e. via
address 107.201.100.209 port 22).
