Love football / soccer and looking forward to the World Cup? I could have built your new favorite app!
With 30 days to go until Brazil 2014 World Cup, I was looking for a watchapp to give me all the details quickly. Surprisingly, I found no watchapps being able to deliver this, so I wrote one myself.

The basic flow of this app has been borrowed from Pebble Cards, which is one of my favorite apps (actually, I think the fonts and stuff are about the same, but this app is short-lived and will be useless in two months so don't shoot me :-) ) .

Press the up and down buttons to scroll the information, change the current information to view via the menu-button.
This is currently displayed:
- Standings in each group (this is the default start up-information)
- The 16 next upcoming matches (will be changed when the tournament starts and matches will be played)
- The eight most recent news headlines
In short, the app will be quite useless until the tournament starts (except for the news-feed).
The app itself has only been tested on iPhone, but since those people will have to wait until the next JS-bundle, Android-people can start using this right away and provide feedback.
Be sure to report bugs and/or feature requests and I will try to make the best of it. I am new to this whole C/JS-biz so I am not making any promises :-)
