I've been working on a sort of port of Xtide for the Pebble, it looks like this:

It doesn't require a connection to the phone, the prediction data is built into the app itself, although it takes a few seconds to calculate the tide for a day (it can take more or less depending on how many harmonics).
I have set up a web service that will build the app for you with data from the latest XTide harmonics packages, or with your own harmonics or tcd file:
How to use:
- Go to the site above, add some stations and install onto your watch
- Press/hold up and down to change dates, tide is calculated when you release the button
- If you have added more than one station, press select to show a list and choose the station you want
- Add secondary USA stations from harmonics-dwf-20121224 to the built-in ones
- Make the site more phone-friendly
