[Watchface][SDK 2.0] New Relic Watchface

I've written and released a New Relic watchface that puts key performance metrics from your New Relic-monitored app on your wrist. It leans on PebbleKit JS to hit the New Relic API at a regular (configurable) interval to keep the stats up to date.
