I've finally (with SDK 2.0) been able to get my surf report app working. This a BETA version that uses your GPS location to give the surf report at the closest surf spot in California. See www.SpitCast.com for more surf report info. They have a nice FREE API with no keys needed. Please leave comments, suggestion, mods of your own. I hope to make this MUCH more feature full in the future, including downloading surf spots and using a menu to navigate around, vibration alerts to good surf nearby, etc.
This APP is modeled around the weather app from Pebble SDK 2.0 BETA
