[Watchface][SDK2] Casio WV 59 style w/ Battery Level & BT Connection Indicator

My first Watchface made while tinkering with the ninety_one_dub example.

-Year, Month, Date, Day, Hour, Minute, Second

-Bluetooth connection indicator (bottom right) - considering changing to Bluetooth logo?

-Battery Level Indicator (Bars to the left of the Day)

-12/24 hour support

-Vibrate on loss of BT connection

Inspired by this:

EDIT: kodek on github created a version that vibrates when the bluetooth connection is lost.  It continued to vibrate every second until connection was re-established though, so I have implemented a new build that vibrates just when connection is lost, so you don't leave home without your phone ;)
