Just posting my AeroTracker app. It's an alternative to the built in Sports app, and will work with any tracking software you are running on your phone. Not just Runkeeper. In fact, it will work as long as you have a GPS on your phone, you don't even need to use a tracking app at all.
I have been experiencing some bugs with the BETA2, though. So they might apply to you as well. One problem for me is that the Pebble app needs to be in the foreground on your phone, or else the Javascript will not load (or quit after the app closes, for that matter).
