Hey, I just uploaded my own windows phone 8 pebble watch app (helped hugely by libpebble.py) to the windows phone store. All it does is sync time and install and remove watch apps.
I have it listed at 99c at the moment, sorry, but it's my one and only app and I'm hoping to recoup my fee. I don't know if that makes this post advertising and therefore bad, let me know.
You should be able to find it by searching for pebble. Don't mind the typos :(
I'm open to any and all questions and feedback.
