The idea is to display the info on the watch using the music information so it would be supported out of the box without a watch app

Unfortunately, because of the closed nature of most of these running apps there doesn't seem to be a way to get this info in realtime.
The Xposed framework for Android allows me to hook into the internals of apps but requires you to have a rooted phone.
It's close to working at the moment, so I'm looking for two things.
Firstly a couple of people who would be interested in testing it initially (You would use Nike Running and have a rooted android device running 4.0.3 or higher)
Secondly some input from you guys out there on what you'd like to be able to do with it. Features I'm working towards for a start are.
- Displaying real-time run info & showing/changing tracks. (Almost working)
- Support for music boss so that you can use the buttons to start/stop, pause the workout etc and still have music control without having to switch watch apps.
- Support for other apps such as say run keeper.
