This is the VaultBoy watch as seen in the Tranquility Lane in Fallout 3. The foreground hand shows the minutes, the background one the hour.
The watch is configurable as normal,as inverted, with night-indicator and as inverted with night-indicator. The day span can be configured too (default 8->20) but to change this you have to recompile the watchface.
It has to be tested on a real device as I only tested it with my pebble simulator.
