You can use it to load a bunch of images and link them together so that using the up, down, and select buttons lets you navigate between them as you desire. A long press of the up button returns you to the start, and a long press of the select button overlays a time/date strip across the bottom so you can use any image as a watchface if you desire to.
Example .pbw has a bunch of images in it that are linked together in a simple hierarchy with navigational images.
