I'm in the process of developing an open-source Pebble/iOS app called PebCiti. The iPhone asks the CitiBikeNYC servers for the list of stations and then sends the name of the closest one directly to your Pebble.
Both the iOS and Pebble code can be found on GitHub. There is also a public product backlog of features that are planned for development.
