I got my pebble a week ago and I'm really loving it!
I forked the code for the PowerPoint control program and modified it to control Spotify (including displaying track info on the watch). It currently only works on windows but if anyone is willing to get it to work on mac OS or Linux they are welcome to, it should be pretty simple to do.
